with an independent electrical contractor.
In Montana,
your employer must register you as an apprentice with the Bureau
of Apprenticeship & Training, Department of Labor
Enroll in
classroom or 'related' training.
Work full
time and attend school for four years accruing 8000 hours on-the-job
training and 576 hours related training.
Obtain 'completion'
documents from your employer and training school. Bring your completion
documents to Department of Labor. Schedule a time to take the
licensing exam.
